第168回Brain ClubをWPI-BIo2Qとの共催で2025年4月25日に行いました。今回は講師としてEric Hosy博士（IINS, CNRS-Université de Bordeaux, Bordeaux, France）をお迎えしました。演題は「Super-resolution microscopy to resolve the intimate organization and function of the synapse」です。Hosy博士はPAINT技術の開発者の一人であり、同技術やSTORM等の超解像度顕微鏡を用いて約10 nmの空間分解能で複数のシナプス分子の観察を行い、シナプス可塑性前後でのシナプス分子の局在の変化についてお話しいただきました。
