A new review on Synaptic Organizers “Two Classes of Secreted Synaptic Organizers in the Central Nervous System”  has been published in Annual Review of Physiology. 

第120回 Brain Club Seminarを武内 恒成 先生(愛知医科大学 医学部 生物学・細胞生物学)をお招きして行いました。タイトルは「糖鎖発現制御による神経損傷・脊髄損傷修復と創薬を目指した展開」でした。

第119回Brain Club Seminarを廣瀬 謙造 先生(東京大学大学院医学系研究科)をお招きして行いました。タイトルは「グルタミン酸イメージングと超解像顕微鏡法で明らかとなったプレシナプス機構」です。

ワシントンDCにて11月11-15日に行われた北米神経科学学会にて柚崎が招待特別講演(movie1)(movie2)を行いました。

Dr. Weilun Sun, supported by the Young Glia grant, came from Deutsches Zentrum für Neurodegenerative Erkrankungen e.V. (DZNE) and stayed in our lab to perform experiments with Kuni Suzuki. We all enjoyed his visit. 

医学部1年生に対して研究室見学ツアーとして講義と実習を行いました。引率の梶村先生有り難うございました。

輪読会でも使用しているStanford大学のDr. Liqun Luoによる神経生物学の教科書”Pinciples of Neurobiology”の翻訳書が出版されました。東大の岡部教授と柚崎による監訳です。神経科学を深く学びたい学部学生や、大学院生にはとても良い、up-to-dateの教科書です。当教室出身の先生方も翻訳に携わっていただきました。

第118回Brain Clubを山田 朋子 先生(筑波大学 医学医療系 助教)を招いて行いました。タイトルは「小脳の分化と機能におけるエピジェネティクス」でした。

第117回Brain Club SeminarをYale大学の山崎世和先生によって行いました。タイトルは「GABAA受容体複合体形成と抑制性シナプス伝達を制御する新規補助サブユニットの同定」でした。

Dr. Scott Soderling (Depts of Cell Biology and Neurobiology ,Duke University ), gave a talk entitled “Neural Circuit Selective Analysis of Behaviors Relevant to Psychiatric Disorders” at the 116th Brain Club.
